Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles . . .
Again, I was looking for some quality wallpapers that are from the comics, and didn't really find a whole lot that caught my eye . . . so I decided to go to work on scanning the original art and working with color variables.
Now this one, uses comic book art that was then colorized for the cartoon color bandanas, and was seen on advertising including the original Game Boy video game.
Enjoy the various TMNT wallpapers with a slice of pizza . . . or you will be turtle soup!

Yea even before I read your description here, I saw this and thought, "Hey, thats the Cover to the Gameboy Turtles game "Fall of the Foot-Clan"...it had been years since I saw it, but this jogged my memory. lol
